Job Title: Lead Visual Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive visual production strategies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering growth and professional development.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality print and digital deliverables, meeting client expectations and brand standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and managing budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, with 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced studio or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with expertise in print and digital production.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience managing direct reports and supervising cross-functional teams.
