Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Design Lead to drive Namshi's visual identity and elevate our brand through innovative and trend-forward design.

This role is responsible for leading the design team, developing campaign visuals, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and integrating cutting-edge tools into our creative workflows.

As the Design Lead, you will play a key role in shaping Namshi's creative direction while mentoring a talented team of designers and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver engaging and impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Leadership: Define and drive Namshi's design vision, ensuring brand aesthetics are consistent across all platforms.
  • Campaign Development: Conceptualize and oversee 360° creative campaigns, from ideation to execution, in collaboration with the Creative Lead and Brand Marketing.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to foster growth and innovation.
  • Photoshoot Direction: Oversee photoshoots with a creative lens, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and visual identity.
  • Design Execution: Deliver high-quality designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, ensuring consistency, innovation, and attention to detail.
  • AI & Innovation Integration: Leverage emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance design efficiency and creative experimentation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, UX, Content, and Product teams to ensure design solutions are aligned with business goals and customer experience.
  • Process Improvement: Establish and refine design processes and workflows to increase efficiency, output quality, and team productivity.
  • Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of design, fashion, and digital trends, infusing fresh ideas and techniques into all creative output.
