Job Title

A skilled and innovative Visual Designer is required to create captivating visual content that drives engagement across social media, e-commerce platforms, and the website.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage visual materials such as ads, images, GIFs, videos, sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop and implement a visually appealing eCommerce platform that reflects the brand's aesthetic and meets marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, messaging strategies, and target audience insights, while researching industry trends and competitor activities to inform design decisions.
  • Lead projects from start to finish, managing multiple deadlines, providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed, and contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions.
  • Continuously enhance skills and workflows by staying up-to-date on emerging design tools, technologies, and best practices, delivering high-quality collateral quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with strong proficiency in English to translate copy into design.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.
  • Expertise in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software.
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize designs to improve ad performance and click-through rates.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, articulating concepts, and collaborating with teams in fast-paced environments.
