About the Position

We are seeking a skilled product manager to drive the development and growth of workspace solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in space design, collaboration technologies, and real estate strategies.

This position requires a deep understanding of hybrid work trends, collaboration ecosystems, and agile real estate strategies. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in workspace strategy, real estate transformation, or smart building services.

The product manager will be responsible for defining and managing Workspace portfolio offerings, developing frameworks for human-centric space design, and integrating physical design with digital tools.

The ideal candidate will also have familiarity with collaboration tools, immersive AV solutions, IoT-enabled workplace sensors, and workplace analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Strategy & Solution Development:
  • Define and manage the Workspace portfolio offerings.
  • Develop frameworks for human-centric space design.
  • Integrate physical design with digital tools such as sensor analytics and agile space usage models.
Go-to-Market Enablement & Business Growth:
  • Enable sales teams with Workspace product positioning.
  • Create business cases and ROI frameworks focused on space optimization and employee experience.
Client Engagement & Advisory Leadership:
  • Advise enterprise clients on workspace modernization and human-centered design principles.
  • Promote agile workspace models using intelligent instrumentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Solution Execution:
  • Work closely with delivery, presales, and innovation teams.
  • Support internal knowledge sharing and sales training on Workspace innovations.
