Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Design and Estimate, located in Bengaluru. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and estimation processes for modular and space-saving furniture projects. Daily tasks include validating detailed project designs, training and mentoring the team for preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. Additionally, the Manager will lead a team of designers and estimators, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation in all projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp. Basic knowledge of imos/cabinet Vision/ KD max will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with cost estimation and budget management
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Attention to detail and high standards of quality
  • Previous experience in furniture designj or interior design is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
