Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) Developer to join our team. As an ITSM Developer, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze and review detailed business and technical requirements.

This includes developing and implementing technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform – ITSM related modules. You will be responsible for designing, building, and testing custom software/app solutions as required through scripting and software development.

You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, custom app development, configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules, Portal, front-end technologies such as Angular-based Client-side & Server-side scripts, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JSON Web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, testing, configuring, and integrating modules from ServiceNow with a focus on all ITSM modules
  • Capturing requirements from Business stakeholders & SMEs through demonstrations and workshops
  • Coordinating with internal/external stakeholders for development of user stories, configurations
  • Managing BAU tasks
  • Providing value-based assessments and workshops to help maximize business results from ServiceNow software

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has analytical skills, thinks outside the box, and is naturally curious, highly collaborative, and has a passion for tackling complex data-centric problems.

Expertise in configuring UI Actions/UI Policy/Auto Scripts, Business Rules, Inbound Actions. Macros etc. CSS based UX/UI design & development.
