Job Title: Senior Executive

Job Description:

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Accounts Payable team. Your exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

With 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably with knowledge of accounting software, you will possess the necessary expertise to process all types of invoices received from clients. Your proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Access, and Excel, will enable you to maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include processing month-end responsibilities, handling discrepancies, resolving outstanding exceptions, and responding to requests within 24 hours. You will also recognize and escalate urgent sensitive issues to your Manager and complete additional tasks as assigned.

In addition, you will train new staff on all processes and related software applications, suggest value additions in the process, and achieve targets. A high level of customer service and quality orientation is essential for this role.

Desirable qualifications include relevant experience in P2P for Analysts and 1-3 years of relevant experience for Junior Analysts. Prior experience in all Accounts Payable functions, including Vendor Maintenance, Invoice Processing, Exception handling, Payments, and reporting activities, is beneficial.

A strong background in SAP and S4HANA for P2P processes, along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is required. Experience in managing a small team and applicable only for Senior analysts, is a plus.
