Key Role for a Financial Operations Manager

We seek a meticulous and accountable professional to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and provide support for compliance and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily accounting entries in ERP systems efficiently.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily fund positions diligently.
  • Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements and management information reports.
  • Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and statutory purposes effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Master's in Commerce or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant certification.
  • Freshers or 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS regulations.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets with ease.
