Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Finance Operations Analyst to support our business finance teams.

This role involves developing and implementing automated solutions for financial reporting, as well as working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, and JavaScript, as well as experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, and pandas.

The successful applicant will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to delivering results within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automated solutions for financial reporting using Python and other programming languages.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and optimize scripts/programs to automate manual reporting processes.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial data and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, finance).
  • 4-7 years of experience in a related field (e.g. finance operations, software engineering).
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, and pandas.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively, and commitment to delivering results within tight deadlines.
