Job Description

In this key role, you will contribute to an ambitious program aimed at evolving our forecasting processes, transitioning from traditional batch methods to a more continuous approach. The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, data-driven, and possess a strong record of success in Finance transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Forecasting Implementation: Support the implementation of real-time and continuous forecasting capabilities. You will establish baseline analyses and define current and future states using both traditional and emerging digital technologies.
  • Process & Governance: Identify additional process and governance changes required to move from batch to continuous forecasting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business, accounting, FP&A, and technology teams to define and implement proposed changes.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the local financial systems and data subject matter expert, supporting local teams with questions and assisting in the local adoption of Anaplan for operating expense planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree with relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience, or a Diploma with a substantial background in Finance.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry is preferred.
  • Prior multinational capability center experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
  • Experience with finance reporting and planning system technologies.
  • Experience with ERP systems and technical support of financial platforms.
