Design Verification Engineer - RISC-V Processor

We are seeking a skilled Design Verification Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative RISC-V processors.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute verification plans for units and features.
  • Construct testbenches, scoreboards, and stimulus generators.
  • Implement functional coverage models.
  • Debug designs in simulation, prototyping platforms, and silicon.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the design verification process for RISC-V processor units.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute verification plans.
  • Analyze and debug complex design issues.
  • Maintain and enhance existing testbenches and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 12+ years experience in design verification.
  • Strong knowledge of computer architecture and microprocessor design.
  • Proficient in SystemVerilog, UVM, and other industry-standard tools.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with CPU microarchitecture (e.g. x86, ARM, SPARC, MIPS, RISC-V, POWER) and/or coherent caching systems.
  • Software development experience in compiled (C/C++) and interpreted (Python) languages.
  • Post-silicon validation experience.
