Job Title:

BIM Coordinator - Architectural Design

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with project teams to implement the BIM Execution Plan. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality models that reflect as-built conditions and maintaining technical proficiency in BIM LOD 300.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the BIM Implementation Plan to ensure timely model submittals and updates reflecting as-built conditions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering client BIM requirements for Architectural services.
  • Perform quality control on Autodesk Revit models to maintain precision and accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed drawing packages that meet client specifications.
  • Maintain technical proficiency in BIM LOD 300, with knowledge of 400 and 500 levels.
  • Collaborate with design development teams through BIM processes like 5D/4D to drive innovative solutions.
  • Analyze models from various stakeholders to identify coordination and constructability issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Recap software.
