BIM Project Manager MEP

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Project Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional MEP projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BIM project management, with a strong background in design, drafting, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM workflows and protocols for MEP projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on BIM best practices.
  • Analyze and resolve complex project issues, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in BIM project management, design, drafting, and coordination.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of MEP services, building codes, and industry standards.
