Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Manager to lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in our Mumbai office. As a BIM Manager, you will oversee the local Revit-capable team and manage BIM execution processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company. They should have a proven understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance, as well as strong leadership skills to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), implementing ISO19650 workflows and certification.
  • Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the Mumbai office.
  • Drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level.
  • Coordinate and manage project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant Built Environment disciplines.
  • Indian qualified professional with minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company.
  • Proven understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance.
  • Strong leadership skills to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team.
