Job Title: Enterprise Security Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day physical security operations and assisting in the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures across the facility. This includes collaborating with crisis management and business continuity teams to support the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support front desk security operations and ensure proper identification and authorization procedures are followed.
  • Support maintenance, implementation, and monitoring of security systems including access control, CCTV, and visitor management.
  • Assist with coordinating security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.
  • Provide support and guidance to third-party security teams with overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and hub liaison, providing essential support during incident activation and response.
Requirements:

For this role, we are looking for individuals with 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and escalation.
  • Indirect leadership experience is also highly valued, as well as experience training/educating individuals on policy and procedure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Lenel OnGuard, Milestone, Eptura iOffice is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential for managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
