ServiceNow Security Operations Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled professional to lead and support ServiceNow Security Operations module implementations for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations architecture, integrations with threat intelligence and vulnerability scanning tools, and a track record of successful deployments in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations modules
- Configure and customize workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules
- Implement threat intelligence integrations and vulnerability scanner integrations
- Build use-case-specific automation using Flow Designer or Security Orchestration (SOAR)
- 5+ years in ServiceNow platform with at least 3 years focused on Security Operations
- Certifications Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response, ITIL v4 Foundation(Optional)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Security Operations architecture, data models, and module interdependencies
- Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Security Operations
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools, hands-on scripting experience, familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and SOC operations, strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
