**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Professional to join our organization.

**Job Description:**

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with a focus on implementing and supporting sourcing solutions across projects. They will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management), enhancing procurement operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions, ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems.
  • Design, configure, and deploy sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management) to enhance procurement operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.
  • Support end-to-end Sourcing projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA).
  • Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

The successful candidate should possess:

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
  • Strong communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
**Nice to Have:**

A certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is an added advantage. Knowledge of Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing, and exposure to upstream & downstream Ariba modules are also beneficial.
