Expert Financial Planning and Reporting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced financial planning and reporting specialist with expertise in Oracle EPM solutions, including FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS. The role involves end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of EPM Cloud applications to drive accurate consolidation, streamlined reconciliations, and effective planning forecasting processes.

  • Design and configure FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Work with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical functional solutions.
  • Develop metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms, dashboards across all three applications.
  • Configure account reconciliations in ARCS, including profiles, formats, matching rules.
  • Support consolidation close cycles in FCCS, including intercompany eliminations, cash flow reporting.
  • Build planning budgeting forecasting models in EPBCS, including workforce, capex, financials.
  • Manage data integration automation between EPM modules and ERP systems using Data Management and EPM Automate.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, Smart View queries for end-users.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, corporate policies.
  • Prepare documentation, conduct user training, transfer knowledge to business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS.
  • Solid understanding of financial close, account reconciliations, planning cycles.
  • Proficiency with EPM Automate, Smart View, Data Management/FDMEE, Reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP, FP&A processes.
  • Ability to work in project implementation, support environments.

Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management skills required.
