Senior Oracle ERP Finance Leader

Talent500 is looking for a highly experienced senior engineer to lead the design and delivery of Oracle ERP Finance solutions.

  • Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle ERP Finance solutions across multiple projects
  • Define reusable patterns, influence solution architecture, and mentor junior engineers
  • Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure technology capabilities align with financial operations including close, budgeting, and reporting cycles

The ideal candidate has 12-15 years of experience in Oracle ERP/EPM with proven delivery of Fusion GL and Subledger Accounting modules.

A strong understanding of financial business processes including general ledger close, sub-ledger accounting, reconciliations, consolidation, and reporting is essential.

This role involves leading multi-phase ERP/EPM implementations using SDLC methodology and working in a fast-paced environment with rapid change.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle ERP/EPM and its applications
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale finance solutions
  • Strong leadership and technical skills with ability to mentor junior engineers

In addition, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
