Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of ERP Functional Senior Consultant.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing ERP systems across various industries.

Key responsibilities include leading full-cycle ERP implementations from requirement gathering to go-live support, collaborating with business users to define business processes, and translating them into functional design documents.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying finance, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing modules while ensuring best practices and process improvements.

They will also collaborate with technical teams for system integrations, customizations, and data migrations, provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution, enhancements, and SLA-based ticket handling.

Other key responsibilities include managing UAT, go-live planning, and post-implementation hypercare support, conducting end-user training, and ensuring seamless adoption of ERP functionalities.

Proficiency in ERP configuration, system design, and data migration using templates is essential. Experience in guiding and mentoring junior consultants and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives is also highly valued.

  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, or Oracle Cloud ERP.
