Project Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to support large-scale ERP programs, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain. This role requires proactive coordination, effective issue/risk management, and collaboration with cross-functional IT and business teams across global time zones.

  • Coordinate meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
  • Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
  • Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.

Key Skills:

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a solid understanding of ERP programs, and experience working in global, cross-functional environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with US stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
  • Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
