Senior Operations Manager

As a senior operations manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of operations leads. Your primary goal will be to ensure alignment with design and production timelines, while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders to meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the customer experience from project booking to handover, acting as the highest point of escalation for regional issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and empower your team to solve problems on the ground.
- Be a people manager, empowering existing talent and hiring top performers to strengthen your region.
- Ensure adherence to defined processes and standards to deliver a standardized customer experience.
- Drive customer satisfaction through Move-In Timeline Adherence, Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker Escalation Resolution.
- Prioritize candidates with NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools.
- Require 7-12 years of work experience in Startups or similar industries, with direct team reporting in past roles.
- Expect strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, structured thought process, and analytical ability.
- Achieve success in a fast-paced startup environment by managing strategic alliances and business partnerships.
