Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our process automation projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in software development, project management, and technical leadership.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and high-end process automation systems. Experience with Siemens process automation platforms is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing process control concepts, leading project-based teams, and interacting with customers to understand their requirements.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 8-14 years of experience in process automation systems, DCS software engineering, and commissioning.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization, across borders, and influencing without authority.
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with curiosity and ability to manage in areas without 100% clarity.
  • Exceptional detailed orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • A self-motivated and independent individual who can drive initiatives even with limited resources.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling to customer sites for project-related interactions and commissioning. A graduate Engineer or postgraduate Engineer in instrumentation or electronics engineering is required.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in process control applications in process industries like Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Glass.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
