Job Description:

The role entails making immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable. The primary focus is on developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and building out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.

Collaboration with analytics and business teams is essential to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a data engineer in Azure Data Factory block storage, Azure Data Lake Storage
  • 2-3 years' experience working on Data Lake projects
  • 2+ years' experience in a leading role within technical work streams analytics solutions delivery teams
  • Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficient with Azure cloud computing including big data technologies
  • Understanding of data modelling concepts
