We are looking for a senior professional to oversee MIS and strategy functions across Marketing and Admissions. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, analyzing operations and trends, preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and target-setting.

  • Maintain accuracy of data across Marketing and Admissions.
  • Analyze operations, trends, costs, and revenues to forecast performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare variance and productivity reports comparing targets vs. actual achievements.
  • Extract CRM reports and track daily team performance metrics.
  • Participate in process review meetings and support budgeting, target-setting, and periodic reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager, MIS & Strategy will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient with software systems such as LSQ; tech-savvy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications and operating systems.
  • 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
