Lead a team of skilled testers to elevate product quality and drive innovation. We are seeking an experienced Principal QA Engineer to lead our QA strategy and make a lasting impact.

We're looking for someone who can develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, automation plans, and performance testing efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and leverage expertise in manual and automated testing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust test automation frameworks using Cypress & TypeScript, Postman, and K6.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software testing.
  • Promote accessibility standards (Wave, AudioEye) and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Leverage AI-first testing approaches to minimize reliance on manual test scripts.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have at least 10 years of experience in test automation, hands-on experience with Cypress, TypeScript, K6, and Postman, and strong knowledge of CI/CD, accessibility, and automation frameworks. You should also possess excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills.
