Job Overview

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance, ensuring the highest standards of software quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks that deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role.
  • Technical expertise in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks.
  • Automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
  • Defect tracking tools such as JIRA and test management platforms like TestRail.
  • Strong scripting or programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • CI/CD knowledge with practical experience in tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Good-to-Have Qualifications
  • Cloud testing platforms like AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs.
  • Agile methodologies with experience participating in sprint ceremonies.
  • Performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • ISTQB certification or similar QA/Testing certifications.
  • Mobile app testing (manual and automated) and basic SQL knowledge for backend and data validation testing.
  • Monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
