Project Manager Job Opportunity

Are you a seasoned professional with experience in managing projects from start to finish? Do you have excellent leadership and coordination skills, as well as strong communication abilities?

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Smart City ERP initiatives. As the ideal candidate, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go-live, while ensuring timely delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive requirement analysis and prepare detailed specifications (SRS, BRD, FRD).
  • Explain workflows and technical details to the development team.
  • Plan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.
  • Manage changes, client feedback, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live readiness.
  • Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
  • Ensure compliance with QMS standards and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MCA, MSc IT, or MBA (Operations).
  • 7–10 years' experience, including 2–4 years in e-Governance or Smart City ERP projects.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
