Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled project leader to oversee cross-functional initiatives that align business and IT objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in project management with strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with SAP environments or other ERP systems is an asset.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and budget adherence.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to share project updates, coordinate steering committee meetings, and track key performance metrics.
  • Ensure seamless integration of project documentation and knowledge sharing across relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and IT teams on process improvements and system integrations to drive operational excellence.

Necessary Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of project management experience spanning business or technology domains.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
