ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Implementation Specialist to lead our end-to-end ERP implementations from initiation through to go-live and stabilization.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for seamless ERP implementations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and system optimization post-deployment.
  • Lead internal cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate project milestones, status updates, risks, and issues to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in managing ERP transformations, demonstrate hands-on involvement in every phase of the project lifecycle, and bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to the table.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in managing ERP projects.
  • Proven track record of successful ERP implementations.
  • Deep understanding of ERP methodologies, system architecture, and integration points.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

A Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is required. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certification) is highly desirable.
