Job Title: Quantity Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Estimator to join our team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for managing the costs associated with complex projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Study project scope and design requirements
  • Validate technical specifications received from the design team
  • Optimize specifications without deviating from client requirements
  • Validate bills of quantities (BOQs) and backup workings
  • Present BOQs and solutions to management for approval
  • Check and verify receipts against invoices
  • Prepare amendments and revisions as required
  • Validate budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrices
  • Submit budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design
  • Explore new products and materials and present them to stakeholders for approval
  • Propose optimization options in budgets
  • Meet tight deadlines and deliver results within agreed timelines
