As a seasoned technology leader, we seek an exceptional Software Engineering Director to drive the development and maintenance of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, design, and architectural skills, as well as experience in delivering large projects in technical lead capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, automate, and maintain applications across the enterprise
  • Collaborate with project teams, Product, BA, and QA teams to successfully deliver projects
  • Review tasks performed by team members and ensure best practices are followed
  • Mentor and guide team members in complex or challenging situations requiring advanced knowledge
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of software development and design experience
  • Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining robust, maintainable software
  • Experience with Java, HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, ReactJS, MVC patterns, Spring J2EE frameworks, Web Services, RESTful services, Microservices APIs, RDBMS, Stored Procedures, SQL queries, Linux, Windows host environments, Banking, Finance sector platforms, and tools like JIRA, Visio, MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Technical skills: System analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance; Estimation, Trouble-shooting, data analysis; Team Leadership, Adaptable, Flexibility, and willingness to work simultaneously on a wide range of tasks and projects
