Our team is seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service and create a seamless dining experience for our guests.

About the Role:
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by setting tables with linens, place settings, and decorations before meals
  • Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations, and take food and drink orders in a timely and polite manner
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Clean and reset tables after patrons finish dining to ensure a smooth transition for the next group
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas by washing, sorting, and polishing dishes, glassware, and utensils
  • Restock service stations, manage supplies inventory, and inform management of reordering needs to maintain optimal levels
  • Assist with various tasks to prepare for and break down catering events, ensuring timely execution and guest satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and conflict resolution
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with ability to apply them consistently
