SAP Sales and Distribution Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) professional to spearhead the Order-to-Cash cycle, encompassing order management, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and customer returns.

  • Configure and tailor SAP SD modules in both ECC and S4/HANA environments
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Work on integration points with MM, FI, and LE modules
  • Support S4/HANA innovations such as Fiori apps, embedded analytics, and simplification items
  • Prepare detailed functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues
  • Document business processes and provide training to end users

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S4/HANA implementations or support
  • Strong configuration skills in order types, pricing procedures, delivery, billing, and credit management
  • Good understanding of cross-module integration (MM, FI, LE)
  • Experience in preparing functional specs and working with technical teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • SAP SD or S4/HANA certification is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Fiori and S4/HANA simplifications
  • Exposure to Agile or SAP Activate methodology
  • Domain experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM or SAP C4C is an advantage
