About Our Opportunity :

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Vistex Implementation Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP, leveraging your expertise in business process management and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Vistex modules for enterprise-wide adoption, ensuring seamless integration with Sales and Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Finance.
  • Develop and apply best practices for managing rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims, driving business value through optimized processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide workshops to ensure successful implementation.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, manage testing cycles, and debug technical issues within the Vistex solution.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure client satisfaction and adoption of the Vistex solution.

Required Skills & Experience

Vistex Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Vistex configurations, composite models for vendor and customer rebates, and business process optimization.

SAP SD Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration, integration with Vistex, and data analysis.

Business Acumen: Solid understanding of rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective, with experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.

Technical Skills: Ability to perform configuration, minor developments or debugging, and troubleshooting, including understanding of SAP backend tables and databases.

Additional Requirements

8+ years of experience in Vistex implementation and consulting; proven track record of delivering successful projects; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service and delivering results-driven solutions.
