Product Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this Product Specialist position.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical projects and instrumentation, with a strong background in analytical problem-solving and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate our products to clients, including on-site installations and configurations.

Ensure a thorough understanding of client requirements and assist delivery leads in project planning.

Execute UAT/SAT, Installation Qualification protocol, training for end-users, and onsite support and customer call handling.

Collaborate with offshore teams to reproduce reported issues and patch updates.

Support clients in PQ execution and interface configuration.

Assist in internal validation of product and document issues and deviations of on-site validation.

Review validation outputs with clients and prepare validation summary reports.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is willing to learn, travel, and lead projects while assisting clients throughout the execution process.

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical projects and instrumentation.

- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and travel for implementation.

- Flexible schedule and ability to work independently.

- QAMS/DMS/LIMS Domain Knowledge (added advantage).

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to lead projects and teams.

- Patience and understanding of client queries.
