Lead Business Development and Advisory Engagements

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead business development and advisory engagements in the government and public sector.

  • Manage end-to-end consulting and account management activities across IT, electronics, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Facilitate investment promotion and policy implementation through direct engagement with ministries, state departments, and public agencies.
  • Act as liaison between government and industry during national and international events, trade shows, and investment summits.
  • Conduct policy research, feasibility studies, and sectoral analyses to support decision-making and project development.
  • Identify and nurture opportunities through tenders, empanelments, and public-private partnership initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with government officials, industry stakeholders, and investors to position the organization as a trusted partner.
  • Develop presentations, proposals, and communication materials for government and PSU engagements.
  • Maintain MIS dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track policy implementation and project progress.

Key Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in government consulting, investment promotion, or infrastructure research, with a strong exposure to IT & electronics, urban infrastructure, transport, energy, and water sectors. Proven experience in policy advisory, government liaison, and project facilitation is also essential.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in consulting firms, government advisory projects, or multilateral agency assignments is highly desirable. A strong understanding of government procurement, incentive processing, and investment facilitation is also required.
