  • Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and quality control.">
  • Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, considering sustainability, aesthetics, and functionality.">
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.">
  • Evaluate and approve detailed drawings before execution, ensuring compliance with safety codes, building regulations, and industry standards.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.">
  • 4-7 years of experience in commercial office interiors, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.">
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.">
  • Strong knowledge of materials, furniture systems, and MEP coordination.">
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills.">
