Lead Commercial Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Commercial Interior Designer to lead and manage design output for commercial interiors.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in commercial interior design, with a proven track record in leading high-profile projects with outstanding design quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop project briefs and drive client presentations.
  • Act as project in-charge for design deliverables and client communication.
  • Supervise and mentor design teams to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.
  • Evaluate project progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial interior design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with clients.
  • Deep knowledge of materials, costing, and project execution.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and process orientation.
  • Ability to lead teams with entrepreneurial mindset and ownership.
