Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop architectural / interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
  • Work on detailed drawings, material selection, and specification sheets.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants for project execution.
  • Ensure designs meet functional requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture / Interior Design (or equivalent).
  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office; knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
  • Strong creative and visualization skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and client-handling abilities.
