Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the sales efforts for our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring best possible coverage and pricing for our clients. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to stay informed about relevant regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify insurance needs of corporate clients, understand their risk profiles, and provide bespoke insurance solutions.
  • Develop and submit proposals to insurance companies, negotiate terms, and ensure best possible coverage and pricing for corporate clients.
  • Place insurance policies with insurers, manage policy renewals, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and government guidelines.
  • Support clients with the claims process, including documentation, negotiation, and settlement of claims.
  • Stay informed about and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to insurance broking and corporate contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, key stakeholders, and insurance providers.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Graduate, MBA (desired).
Required Skills
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience from the Insurance industry only.
  • Experience in connecting with top-level management or decision makers of large corporates.
  • Generating revenue individually and with the team.
  • Team handling experience.
  • Product Knowledge - Non-Employee benefits (Non EB).
