Merchant Portfolio Growth Manager

This is a key role within our Sales and Business Development team.

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and deepening our Merchant Acquiring Portfolio assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and portfolio management. They will be able to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to penetrate into all branches divisions of the merchant, and sign up merchants to grow the portfolio.

In this role, you will work closely with our corporate banking EEG & FIG team for sourcing and servicing of clients. You will also build relationships with vendors to provide customized solutions to the merchant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deepen the Merchant Acquiring Portfolio assigned
  • Penetrate into all branches divisions of the merchant
  • Sign up Merchants to grow the portfolio
  • Work closely with Corporate banking EEG & FIG team for sourcing and servicing of clients
  • Build relationship with vendors to provide customized solutions to the merchant

Requirements:

  • Strong background in sales, business development, and portfolio management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate into all branches divisions of the merchant
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
