Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Administrative Manager to join our organization. This role will involve overseeing administrative functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support to the leadership team.

About the Role

This position is responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of statutory filings.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, materials, and minutes for Board Meetings and Shareholders' General Meetings.
  • Coordinating with Statutory Auditors, Due Diligence teams, and other stakeholders to ensure secretarial compliance.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree in Law or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in handling secretarial compliance.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office.
  • Fluency in English.
