Key Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Telecom Business Development Manager with expertise in AI/Generative AI solutions.

This role will serve as a trusted advisor to telecom clients, navigating the transformative potential of AI and GenAI technologies to solve complex challenges and drive business innovation.

The ideal candidate will cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations. They will collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design AI/GenAI-driven solutions that address these pain points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design AI/GenAI-driven solutions that address these pain points.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements, guiding clients through the AI journey from initial discovery to solution design and deployment.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/GenAI solutions, from pre-sales through to post-sales support.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI trends and bring deep knowledge of how these technologies can be applied in the telecom industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telecom industry, with a strong understanding of telecom operations and technologies.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies, with a focus on their application in the telecom sector.
  • Experience in selling AI-driven solutions, preferably in the telecom or technology industries, with a proven track record of sales success.
