Job Title: Project Oversight Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Oversight Specialist to oversee the successful execution of road and bridge projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor site activities and track daily progress to ensure project milestones are met
  • Manage project budgets, material consumption, and forecasting to optimize resource allocation
  • Maintain centralized records of project documentation, approvals, and reports
  • Provide regular MIS reports and project updates to senior management
  • Evaluate and implement quality, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (desired)
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in road/bridge construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, monitoring, and cost control
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and reporting systems
  • Excellent analytical and coordination skills
