Job Title: Project Oversight Specialist

At our company, we are seeking an experienced Project Oversight Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that requires the ability to monitor and control multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor site activities and track daily progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Forecast material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring expenses align with approved limits.
  • Review cost reports and recommend corrective actions to maintain project efficiency.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and accounts teams to ensure effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (desired).
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in road/bridge construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, monitoring, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and reporting systems.
  • Excellent analytical and coordination skills.
