Clinical Research Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring that all trials are conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinical trials from initiation to close-out, including site selection, monitoring visits, and data management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers, biostatisticians, and medical writers.
  • Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and local regulations throughout the trial lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on trial progress, performance, and any challenges encountered.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
