Clinical Research Associate Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing high-quality support to investigators.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site initiation visits, monitor study progress, and ensure adherence to trial protocols.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide training and guidance to investigators, ensuring they understand trial procedures and regulations.
  • Collect and review case report forms, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, driving results-oriented solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate or equivalent role, with expertise in managing clinical trials.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines, including ICH-GCP and local regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with investigators and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with electronic data capture systems (EDC) and other relevant software tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong attention to detail, with high level of accuracy and quality control.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
