System Architect Lead

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of complex application architecture and the ability to lead teams in implementing enhancements with minimal defects.

As a System Architect Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing complex application enhancements using the full system development life cycle per current SDLC standards.

You will collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements and provide innovative solutions to complex business needs.

The successful candidate will have experience managing a technical team, knowledge of mainframe expertise including COBOL, JCL, Endevor/IDZee, ESP/Control M, and Harvest/Gitlab with IMS DB and DB2 databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or related field, or 6 years of related experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing a mainframe technical team.
  • Experience with Project Management tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
