Senior Financial Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Services Manager to lead our high ticket loan against property business. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sales and finance, with a proven track record of achieving business targets.

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the High Ticket LAP segment.
    • Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their financing needs and preferences.
    • Secure high-value loan deals ranging from 5 Crore to 100 Crore.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain and expand existing client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery throughout the sales process.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless loan processing and disbursements.
  • Lead Generation and Market Research:
    • Generate leads through multiple channels, including referrals, networking, and digital marketing.
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales and finance, specifically in Loan Against Property (LAP).
    • Proven experience handling high-value loans ranging from 2 Crore to 70 Crore.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent understanding of financial products, especially LAP, and the lending process.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess client needs effectively.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
